Art form - The harmonium is a Western instrument adapted for Indian music, It is mainly used in the accompaniment of Khyal, Thumri and Qawwali.
The instrument has 42 black and white keys, corresponding to the equal temperament of Western music. The musician plays it with the right hand, and the left hand activates the bellow of the instrument.
About the artist - Babullal Bhatti Bhatt, 30 years old, he can sing in many Indian languages. He learned this art from his father when he was 7 years old. He performs in a group of musicians where he is the only one singer.
Other art Forms - Dolak, Tabla.
Teaching skills -Right now he try to concentrate to teach his skill to his 6 kids.
Performance -He has performed many times in the Pragati Madan, Ashoka hotel, Taj Palace and during events like government exhibitions.
